Regardless of what's happening around you, we can address what's happening inside you. If you feel depressed or anxious or so angry you're afraid of what you might do or say next, individual therapy could be a good way to spend some time each week. Storms may be surging all around, but together we'll discover what you need to know and do to shore up your boat - or even build a new one.
